Leadership could not be more uncertain in this time of rapid and complex change and there is a difference between leading and managing.  Management support can be provided by someone who's done your job before.  But leadership requires the ability to examine familiar problems from different angles and often this is done with someone who has never been in your shoes - who wasn't shaped by the very system that's got  you stymied.  

 

This four session module spread over a school year navigates those leadership challenges that come from less obvious places - and in which our own expertise becomes our blind spot.  It launches a lifetime journey of leadership that is able to embrace innovation, combine perspectives for greater learning, and delve into "safe to fail" experiments.
